You won't have to worry about that if you don't make yourself known in any capacity. How's Lemonade supposed to use some rando showing up against Vic? I don't even think he'd be allowed to do that.

Feel free to go. Just go in there, shut your trap, and if anyone at all ask why you are there(even nick himself), just tell them you are there as a curious citizen or whatever. You could also say it is personal reasons. You wont harm the case being there.

If this survives the TCPA, I may go when things get more interesting like when there is a jury. I got some vacation time available and have lots of friends in Dallas I can crash at since I live outside Dallas.

Or just give them a "wtf" look and tell them to leave you alone, you don't need a reason to show up in a public court case. Although, of course, if Nick asks just say you're there for his autograph and then sell it on eBay for a quick buck.

You can totally go, just don't try to make yourself a part of the story. (i.e. by making an ass of yourself in court, or even *talking* to anyone on the KV side.) If you just observe and anonymously report, you'll be fine.

Don't turn up wearing a Kiwi Farms badge whilst yelling "FUHRER JDOLPH LEMOINE" or other autistic shit and you'll be fine. Lemoine ain't got any psychic powers that'll detect a Kiwi's there or he'd use his telekinetic powers to get his diaphragm moving so he can breathe. Look presentable (slacks/jeans and any top without logos or artwork on them), stay quiet and write down notes and you'll just look like a member of the public or the press to anyone there. Leave without talking to anybody, spares you sperging out at the defence or asking Nick/Ty/Vic for an autograph.

Boom, court reporting complete.

The average joes and the white knights and the self appointed champions of social justice. They honestly can not fathom that they are being duped and that's what's truly sad about all this.
