Remember, these are people who are being sued for making shit up. If you even so much as talk to them don't be surprised if they claim you threatened to murder them, said something sexual to them, or whatever to make up some fictional motion by Lyin' Lemonhead.

I'm a little confused.. (Though there isn't necessarily a contradiction) Nick is usually in Central time, he is currently.. I think... In Central time... And he posted this:

I'm not sure why that was to me... I advised him to not speak to anybody on KV and to keep anonymous... If he did that, it wouldn't matter if they lied.

Typically Nick seems to work under the assumption that his audience is either a kiwi or has been following the case enough to know at least most of what we know and discuss on here. So my read on it is that it is something that probably has not been released yet for us to know. Might be part of the delay as well since he could be waiting for it to be efiled before going live.

Damn Nick, it better be a "shortish" stream or you might fuck with my sleep (again).
