Starting to see why Glip likes this program...
In the future, might want to avoid posting specifics of what you can and can't see on the server. Some people have rooted out moles by specifically banning different people from different channels and narrowing down the target based on which channels the moles report as locked. I wish you luck in keeping your good standing.

Holy shit. If I'm reading this correctly, the "scenes" are apparently worse than I imagined. I thought that maybe it was going to be someone acting as a stand-in for the person you want to yell at, but what I'm reading is glip just straight up giving one of the community members a public dressing-down for their behaviour in as aggressive a fashion you would imagine, while they meekly nod and agree with her. This is a little horrific to me.

Lots to go through but random aside: we officially don't have to worry about Opa's kid anymore because as it turns out, he divorced his wife and she took the kid! Looks like Glip's hugbox actually did some good; Opa apparently bitched about her endlessly behind her back and everyone validated his side of the story and convinced him he was SO ABUSED until he was "empowered" to divorce her.
His wife was paranoid and suspicious of him on the computer, gee I wonder why. Note his wording "she started to treat me like when I was hiding things from her." Also talking about how she didn't want him to feel "things." Whatever could those "things" be Glip?
Opa thought it would be a good idea to bring his wife into Glip's hugbox.
Opa went on a hunger strike, trying to garner sympathy from his wife, with predictable results.
Opa and Glip vagued his ex-wife in this latest update.
The way he paints her makes her seem like an overcritical and high-strung person. But he also inadvertently betrays a lot of red flags for behavior that is known to drive spouses into that kind of role. Plus, I didn't realize this before, but he's a literal autist. I can only imagine how stressful it would have been to be married to that level of obliviousness and social ineptitude.

His pet peeve is that people assume he's apologizing when he says "sorry." Yeah, I don't blame his wife for going nuts at all.

Holy fucking shit... so let me get this straight. Glip caustically, publicly berates this Pepper person for making fun of someone's art. Problem is... Pepper doesn't even remember doing so. They legitimately have no recollection of what Glip is claiming. Glip has no receipts to back up their claim besides "someone else said it happened." Watch how Pepper begins to apologize anyway, watch how they contort themselves into knots trying to discount their own memory and make up a scenario where Glip's baseless accusations are correct, all the while groveling at Glip's feet for daring to have a different recollection than Glip wants them to. You want gaslighting? This is gaslighting. It's the most classic example I've seen in a long time. Bonus "puppypiling" by other people and Glip publicly airing her brother's sexual abuse as a weapon to shame this person.

The more I look into this the more horrifying it gets... multiple beaten-down, clinically depressed people and Glip goes for their throats because they dare to be depressed and have the emotional dysfunction that accompanies depression.
This is appalling. Glip is appropriating psychiatric terminology and self-care concepts and using them as an excuse to harass and bully others in the guise of "healing." Twee was 100% right. This is a goddamn cult.
Edit: they also apparently have a WHOLE SEPARATE CHANNEL for "housing" aka discussions about going to live with Glip and Eevee. That's not creepy or culty at ALL.

I know the whole point is not to take these people too seriously, but I really, truly hate Glip. I legit can't wait for the day when this clown car crashes for good.
