Jonathan has only filed two company searches, and a Notice of Claim for $35,000CAD. I don't think they've scanned the claim into the system yet, because I can't grab it from my CSO account. I'll see if I can dig some more and call the Registry tomorrow about SUR-P-C-85518.

Time for some arm-chair psychology.
He keeps drawing attention to himself because he can't help it. I think this whole shtick is probably the only way he as a person has ever been validated. People secure in themselves don't swan and fan about like this. I'm sure he prefers positive attention but like most neglected people negative attention is better than nothing. It would be sad if he wasn't so reprehensible.

Wouldn't we have court documents about him being sued first? I think he just went over the line and was told he was no longer welcome there.

Wouldn't it depend on the employment status of the massage therapist? It's the Corp he's suing, rather than the physio herself - or at least that's the way I'm reading it.

In the UK, HCPs frequently have their own business, to enable them to work for different employers. I'm not sure if Canada works the same way.
