It seems that the Judge is not allowing Ty to use the second amended petition.

That means NONE of the affidavits are allowed. Kamehacon's CEO pointing out they forced him to drop his contract, for example.

The hearing isn't even on long enough to present such evidence, let alone for speds to exit/enter the court-room. KV is blowing its load early, as per usual.
