Don't think his fuck ups really effected the case. He just didn't do a good job presenting the case to begin with.

I think far too many things got fucked up when chupp decided to change the way the law is read. Human factor can fuck up your whole strategy.

And not creating some kind of chart to tie them all together, like why the fuck wouldn't you do that? I have been wondering about this as I have read the public documents, but I just assumed the TCPA bar was low enough that it could come later. IDK.
Prosecuters hire social media experts to do this shit all the time, it's an entire field and they had a $200,000 warchest. It just seemed odd to me, and even moreso now.
