This is September, this entire thing really got heated up in a legal sense in February. TCPA delay aside, this has been moving pretty fast for a legal case. Now for appeals, you want to take an average legal case, slow it down even further, and then flip three coins for each hearing that lands on a day that ends with Y, only make progress on days where all 3 come up heads.
