That's why we have appeals. It's just important for Ty to know where he fucked up and to go from there. We know that Monica and Ron called Slatosch. Chupp's rulings dont suddenly make that untrue. Relax.

When the public hears, then we have to worry about hearing news that Vic killed himself because of the bashing on him and the erasing of his work and his fans turning their back on him.

The re-invite was with a material change in the terms and conditions, so Vic still can show damages. Whether or not they brought enough evidence for it is a different question - I'd have included the initial and amended contract, it's really odd that BHBH didn't IMO.

Toei doesn't really care about Vic or anything that happens in the USA. They trust the Japanese owner of Funimation and his relative who worked at Toei because being Japanese by blood and nepotism are the only things needed to be trustworthy in Japan.
