The evidence is not being heard because it either was not presented or it does not stand up to scrutiny. This hearing is for Vic to prove he has a case, it's not to prove if there are or not a long line of victims. It's not even to prove if any of the defendants claims are true. It's simply to prove that defamation and TI caused Vic to lose something that he can claim back in a case. I don't think you understand how all this works at all.

I will admit, the slightly sadistic side, wants to see Chupp exposed and treated to the same sort of behaviour that Vic has been experiencing the past few months from the crazy SJW crowd.
