Guys if vic loses the entire tcpa hearing. Nick said a few streams back he will release all of his information he has gathered.
As amusing as that sounds, I'm hesitant to believe people will care about 'evidence' after Vic has already 'lost' this battle.

I mean sure, you can appeal, and there'd be a discussion on what can be used in the second attempt, but we can only insinuate that the unreleased stuff Nick has is:

A) Not reliable enough to be made public based on his own criteria

B) Knowledge already in the possession of BHBH, and can already be used.

So I struggle to see how there can possibly be anything worthy of note therein.

I think most people in this thread are forgetting about what Weeb Wars looks like from a casual viewpoint.

I don't follow this shit religiously, the last thing I cared about arguably related to the case was Soye's abuse stuff and the Funi audio leaks. That alone, for most people, sinks the credibility of accusations against Vic. The people I talk to that had no fucking clue what Weeb Wars is heard those audio leaks and I'd I say something along the lines of "and they fired Edward Elric's VA over a joke about a jellybean" and they'd lose it at how absurd that is.

Funimation is a sinking ship regardless of what happens, Jamie Marchi and Ron Toye and Monica Rial have had their credibility dragged through the dirt, and Vic is still getting con appearances and occasional offers for work. For the casual follower of Weeb Wars? This whole thing ended with the Funimation Audio Leaks. It showed unbelievable favoritism and hypocrisy on Funimation's part. This is now simply about getting all the parties that slandered Vic to pay repercussions, that I get, but that will take years to happen regardless. Lawyers make everything take fifteen fucking years.

Here's what's happening:

As easy as it is to slag on the judge here, it's also a fact that he's just human.

Imagine the forests worth of paper both sides have thrown at him the entire time. Lemoine (being a TCPA "expert") knows what buttons to press to make the Plaintiff look bad, and it seems like his gamble is paying off.

AGAIN, this is ONLY unverified from a source that is favorable to the defense, so take it with a grain of salt.

In total he had about, oh what, 1600 pages alltogether didn't he? No wait, it must have been more. 1200 from Ty, and 400 from Lemwah, then whatever the two other threw in. Wonder if any tried to mark the most relevant stuff or anything of the likes. That being said, the law field does need to catch up on a lot of modern technology and just how people utilize the internet and webz.

Not putting much faith in what he is saying, and of course, as a judge with 3 forests stacked on my desk, I'd want some clear evidence as well.

Still wanting transcripts. Hopefully it won't take that long before they are available. Still a little curious about Ron being off the hook on TI, since he there was text-messages, so that's at least one contract he attempted to fuck up and then....some sort of fraud, basically. (he never showed the sponsorshipmoney as promised)

This is the worst timeline. My father dies yesterday, Vic loses on a slamdunk case, it'll take years for him to be able to countersue and now the harpies can laugh their way to the bank.
I would highly suggest logging off for a moment in that case, then return later. Mixing mourning and sperging sounds like a bad plan.
