I don't think emotional investment is bad. In fact I think being able to feel something regardless of side means that we haven't been desensitized to the point of not caring. It's important to feel things.

It's important to Fe(eeeeeeeeeeeeee)l, but getting too invested just means they going to sperg, and whine and moan about Dispair or other shit, when anything goes bad. As Much as I do enjoy Laughing at other peoples misery(Schadenfreude). There a Point where even I have to take a step back and Complain in vein hopes they don't shit up everything.

But it is never an excuse to act like you've got emotional diarrhea and sperg out everywhere.

A study should be done on if this type of sperging has a higher chance to make people do Gayop, and or go full LolCow.

While I do think this can be appealed, its a good idea to take what you can get. That being said, this could potentially lead into more lawsuits/future appeals that hopefully are just as interesting leading up to as this whole fiasco was.

Thank you for the summary. This sucks for plantiffs, but now that there are torts against the three biggest parties, plantiffs get civil court discovery on them now, right?
