Exactly. Anything less than complete dismissal of claims is a loss for the defendants. Jamie is the only "winning" defendant here, and that's if it's not appealed/able to be appealed.

This is a huge loss for Lemoine and Volney, and if it gets through to trial and survives judgement on the TCPA, they could be in serious jeopardy.
