A few people have brought this up, and I think it makes sense.

1. Vic didn't kill himself. He's not dead. He's alive, though definitely a little broken.
2. He's in a position to move forward from his past. He has new opportunities.

As far as the results of the current TCPA case, I will admit that toward the last few days I was huffing my own farts. I thought there was a lot more there, and there wasn't.

The best I can take from this is: At least Vic didn't Alan Holowka himself.

Because the court of public opinion has not changed after 7 months, Vic is still unpersoned and no one has dropped the lying little shits from anything significant. He'll always be a predator and they'll always be the poor maidens who needed saving. Same shit happened with Zoe Quinn, she opened her legs to everyone who could get her ahead in an industry and by the end of it she was sitting in front of the UN crying about muh harassment as if she hadn't been the one sleeping around like a cunt.

The court of public opinion is a rigged game from the start and is only filled with jesters and grifters.

Apparently we've all been assuming Vic presented Ty with contracts to collaborate the contract cancellation and that didn't happen. Vic either didn't provide Ty with contracts to prove contract cancellation or Ty flubbed that important step really really hard.

None of which should matter because in Texas a verbal contract constitutes a contract but it sounds like Chubb doesn't give any fucks.

I'm hoping ya boi zacks (Richard C. Meyer vs Mark Waid) doesn't have a judge like this.

Two people (HerExcellency and Nick) confirmed that the TI was thrown out because Ty couldn't specifically prove damages for being cancelled from KamehaCon
