The best I can take from this is: At least Vic didn't Alan Holowka himself.
Because if I do I could get charged with manslaughter? Jesus christ this is the real world not some Metokur bit
Thankfully I was able to show him some proof of the case not being over, and the idiot is going home. Goddamnit that was too close.
One vlogger didn't taked it well.
One poster have a good sense of humor however.
Hm not sure if this is actually true but might be worth looking at, taken from Hero Hei's video;

Well, it would take a while, but as long as it's not absurdly boomer judges that also dismisses everything because he's just so above anime and d list voice actors, it would be pretty clear cut. Problem is, this was also about as clear cut as a showing of clear and specific evidence could get. I think the chance of appeals court being more boomer than a judge is decently high.So what do appeals look like at this point? It seems like the judge wanted more than just prima facie, which seems kinda strange to me.
So curious @AnOminous , can a Judge make enough bad calls to get himself removed from overseeing a lawsuit? Trying to figure some of these weird things he did like the whole "Hey there are 25 people here, he's a public figure" or the change in the required level of evidence.
-The judge said that it wasn't good enough and he needs more, even though that's the opposite of what the statute says
Ty fucking up has no bearing on this.
If he was acting on the first amended complaint and the TCPA opposition that had all the affidavits withdrawn, all that stuff, Vic's own claims, Chris Slatosch's, Chuck Huber's, weren't even in evidence so the judge didn't have a prima facie case, and the judge didn't make a mistake, unless refusing to accept Ty's last minute desperation filing was a mistake.
If nothing was in evidence, that's not the judge's fault.
Am I following you correctly on this?If he was acting on the first amended complaint and the TCPA opposition that had all the affidavits withdrawn, all that stuff, Vic's own claims, Chris Slatosch's, Chuck Huber's, weren't even in evidence so the judge didn't have a prima facie case, and the judge didn't make a mistake, unless refusing to accept Ty's last minute desperation filing was a mistake.

>stillThe idiots that still watch Hero Hei, TUG, and Yellowflash, are fucking delusional. The only one that is actually doing real journalism in this shit, is Rackets. The rest are just regurgitating what they read here, or what Rackets reports. Yellowflash so poorly hides the fact that the farms are his source,

It does if the reason there isn't a prima facie case is none of the evidence was admitted, and the reason for it not being admitted was Ty's fuckup.
If the judge admitted it and then ruled against it anyway, the judge fucked up.
Which is the real head scratcher. From what I have read, the affidavits were there. He just didn't care about them.
Am I following you correctly on this?
So the notary thing was the biggest fuckup because Ty had to rescind evidence and was left shorthanded because the evidence was resubmitted past deadline?
When, and under what circumstances, can Vic appeal the decisions made today and how would that play out?
People say the leaks were a distraction for the lawsuit when in many ways it was the other way aroundI'm not worried about the court of opinion.
ISWV and the normies made the funimation hashtag N°1 trend in the USA for a few hours, first it was about the audio leaks, then about the casting couch.
Even now, right after that hearing, the tag is still poping regularly, and while KV is sliding a few celebration tweets, it's mostly about Sabat & Cie.
So yeah, not worried at all about the court of opinion, they're already losing that battle.
Tell him that before he jumps to post on his twitter how he needs to get off his chest that Monica Rial put a finger in his butthole or something at a con without his permission and she abused him. And he can't live with this anymore knowing that she's gotten away with it.Jesus fucking christ. I just got a discord message from some rando He's actually on a fuckin bridge, and he's asking me to find a reason to live after today. I don't know exactly where he is so I can't route cops to save him,
I'm not kidding Kiwifarms please tell me what I can say. He has delusions and thinks that this case meant the end of free speech and therefore reason might as well be dead.
Thankfully I was able to show him some proof of the case not being over, and the idiot is going home. Goddamnit that was too close.
