I am curious if the reason why Marchi was able to roll off into the sea unscathed is because Beard failed to properly tie her to the Discord logs. They never had any chance to get her on defamation, but the logs seem like pretty clear evidence of civil conspiracy, and it seems odd that she'd outright escape that cause of action unless that evidence were somehow rendered inapplicable.
If that is indeed the case, it's an interesting reflection of how the court system views this sort of gay op in general at this point in time.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the dismissal of TI against MoRon. I understand Ty's fuckup with the affidavits dramatically hurt the case (which removed the silver bullet of Slatosch), but it still seems so weird to me. The KamehaCon texts were in evidence long before the August 30 TCPA response from Ty, and that should've been enough, right?

My recollection was that one of the attorneys used Twitter to collect the (assumed) locations of Ty and Kamehacon guy due to tweets from Ty's account and the Kamehacon account on that Friday.

Chupp wanted specific evidence showing Vic was damaged by the KamehaCon cancellation
Because Ty couldn't produce exactly what he wanted, he dismissed it. The affidavits were a moot point.

It sounds like Vic has been hamstringing his legal team to play nicer than they normally do as well. Ty's proceeding did not come across as "doing anything to act in the interests of their clients" like initially advertised. When Lemoine and co are trying to destroy his reputation while his team is still playing footsies.

I don't want to make too many excuses for Ty, the closest I'll come is saying that while Ty fucked up, it had a negligible effect on the hearing today, but this right here is also something to consider. Vic is too nice for his own good, and I hope today wakes him up to the fact that he needs to go all out, scorched earth. There's no way funi hires him back, and I guarantee you, him filing a suit against a former employer that gets completely dismissed is going to hurt his business almost equal to the actual defamation.

Judge Chupp was "compromised" quite awhile ago. He was openly hostile to Ty during the last hearing as well. Its a shame we cannot somehow get his communications such as emails and phone records. I would like to see what was going on behind the scenes. I think he is a corrupt judge.

The security is layered with some on the very top layer dealing mostly with the public HSS or hospital shared services. The white shirts are supervisors and the blue are regular security. There are everything at DIA from Homeland security to the CIA and FBI. They have a small army stationed there at all times including swat teams and special forces. I went down to the administration levels via the C concourse elevator. I also saw some of the research levels. I heard there are more levels. DIA has not only city power but its own power station, solar power, and its own fuel farms (as well as drills for its own oil on its properties) They have a large area not just the current airport. The airport badges have built in RFID chips. The elevators wont operate to restricted levels unless special personel enable the access. There are "aliens" at this base but to be honest I think they are actually DEMONS or other interdementionals inhabiting genetically engineered bodies.
