I doubt often part of Lemoine's tirade (this part of the transcript is def accurate) where he rambled on about his failing body included the intro that he felt compelled to do so because it was his first appearance. An Lee (new laywer-Plaintiff) had appeared before Chupp a couple times. After the hearing he seemed to be coaching Ty on how to better handle Chupp.

Lemoine's little wheezing rant was great though, after he labored on, the judge pretty much was just like, yeah, I don't care, anyone can sit for that matter.

Transcript looks fine so far btw, just missing a lot....

I'd rather wait for the official transcript at this point. For some reason nobody from #ISWV is able to get anything out there. How does the appeals work? It goes to a higher court, decided, then back to Chupp? Because it seems like Chupp is going to be a monkey's paw where he will take the wording of the statement, not the spirit that is intended.

If they could get a different judge it would be better since BHBH will waste so much time wording things to specifically avoid triggering Chupp.

Ty shouldn't have required extra contracts. Chupp went off base and decided "This is Thunderdome" and decided to raise the standard Ty had to meet.

No offense to Random Internet Person but the pessimism is starting to grate.
