I actually paid twice, because the system hadn't added the NOTICE of CLAIM to the repo yet, and my purchase access session timed out before it was posted. Very annoying, as you need to re-purchase an access session just to check for updated docket contents.

A refund is possible, but it can't be done until the transaction has POSTED to your CC, which isn't just the authorization. They have a real racket there... you pay 6CAD for an updated listing of file contents, then 6CAD more for each download, and purchase records are not saved.

So, we're going to run into a skyrocketing tab for updated records after any hearings. Very annoying.

I would bet that Yaniv's "seizure" was similar to his leaked seizure video of him swooning to the floor like a Victorian lady phone in hand. There's no way they would have gone through with the physio session if he was injured. If he did have a fall like he says the physio would have asked if he was okay at the very least. Unless he said yes they would have called an ambulance.

Being :optimistic: that Anna has given them a little bit of Yaniv's backstory or possibly a few links to his threads and they decide it's a case worth going to court for rather than settling.

Yeah, sounds familiar - wasn't he upset because his dad bought him it and it had had sentimental value or some such guff and the poor sod claimed he had to sleep in a hotel so was also asking for money to cover hotel bills.

I heard that somebody else reached out at about 1000H (PDT), and might have pointed Morris & Szucs to this forum, interestingly enough, If they show up, we need to get them verified ASAP.

I think Yaniv is in for a world of pain, as the internet is playing realtime intercept, rather than cleaning up the mess left by that shit eater. It should be an interesting weekend. This is going to be a very enjoyable crash and burn. I heard it from a reliable ghost.

I speculate that he was there for a massage. He said "balance" but it just wouldn't make sense to go right to a treatment bed for anything balance. I remember he was asking for recommendations for a new massage therapist recently too. Physical therapy is a lot of work. Really it is exercise. Do you see him doing that for fun? But getting rubbed by a pretty young therapist is right up his alley.

The massage therapy message got nuked in his recent purge. I will look to see if we have it archived and edit if I can find it.

In an American court the bulk of the defendant's argument would be that Tranniv was fucked up beforehand, and they would throw it over to Tranniv to prove that this incident caused the problem. Considering that there's a whole damn thread on here about what a Munchie he is, a sober-minded attorney would encourage him to settle for 47 cents and some pocket lint.

Most people would not want to participate in litigation of this sort because it's a horrible "This Is Your Life" of every medical thing that's ever happened to you and it's really invasive. I don't want to answer questions about every time I've ever been to the ER, and Tranniv is a frequent flyer and has been for years, apparently.

The only physical therapy that individual needs is the kind administered with a brickbat in a dark alley.

Yes, a seizure requires medical treatment to establish etiology. It can often leave you confused and disoriented. FFS, that poor actor in his 20s died of a seizure. He's basically suing this person because he was to fat for her bed and sprinkled in medical jargon to make it seem more realistic.
