I'm surprised we haven't really seen many KV people coming to the farms to try and gloat about it, I was at least expected Shane to come back. Seems they're just sticking to twitter like they normally seem to do. Honestly though I'm not really even bother to check since attention is all they want and I don't care to give it to them.

Calm down there spunky. Chupp thinks this whole case is stupid,doesn't want anything to do with it and is probably kicking the can down the lane so he doesn't have to. Judges do this shit all the time when they get a court case that is dumb. He's not corrupt or evil, he's just a judge.

You could also argue that plenty on the ISWV side did Vic no favors in looking good with the judge by being his personal mouth piece in attacking all the defendants on social media like a bunch of morons, so if you want to blame anyone for why Chupp could have been influence by something, you can probably look closer to home.

Secondly I wish to offer a different opinion on the judge. While I believe their standards are ridiculous, it does seem the standards is to favor the defense as a whole(not just this defense in this case) when reading those 3 complaints. If the unreasonable standards set for Ty against moron and funi were not outright dismissed by the judge then and there, it is possible he wont be dismissing them at all. He could have easily dismiss those charges too since he could still be appealed for the stuff he did dismiss.

Also there is still the fuckery that can be done to funi and co with the olympics hanging over their head. Also I wish to thanks @Svetlana for the update on vic and what is going on with Ty and them. The man made some mistakes, but hope he has learned from them and knows how to move forward. Nick will do the court of public opinion and Ty does the court of law.

Anyways I am still backing away for the weekend, but wanted to post this at least.

What's most important to me is hearing from @Svetlana that Vic is still in a good place with his morale. All the 'it's not really over' in the world won't fix if the plaintiff just gives up in despair. As long as he's willing to keep on fighting, it means the lawsuit keeps chugging along. Whether you're interested in the justice for Vic, the dirt that this digs up, or the drama and freakouts it inspires, the lawsuit continuing is the best thing.
