But ISWV is harassing the judge. You wear the uniform, you represent the company whether you mean to or not. My point wasn't that we were were wrongfully attributing the harassment to KV but more that you analogy as wrong.
Saying ISWV isn't harassing the judge is like saying KV isn't harassing Vic. Sure 90% of KV has never said anything to Vic or probably much about him at all but MoRon, Marchi, and the other vocal spergs speak for them as they yell the loudest.

Honnestly, I do think Vic is a LP public figure (I just think Chupp's reasonning was really dumb).

IANAL, but if I was, I think I would try to get the judge to agree that the TCPA is designed to protect the small people from the big people, to protect the private figures from the public figures. And, assuming I would be able to get the judge to agree on that, I would stress out that, regardless of how much public Vic is, the defendants are no less of a public figure than him, and that they therefore shouldn't be allowed to shield themselves using the TCPA.

But IANAL so maybe I'm being very gay here.

There was this faggotry from the beginning though. It's the random facebook/twitter spergs. You see them pop up here and there, but they tend to get laughed at quickly. Hell not even joseph was this stupid, but that guy who contacted ron's ex is likely in this category. This is the internet so you will always have these idiots do dumb shit like this. It's annoying, but it's just nature of these sorts of trash fires.

I'd say it's a valid criticism if someone was actively organizing or pushing this sort of thing like KV, but I haven't seen it. That's the problem with this stuff is you always have outliers who do dumb shit. These are the types of people who send death threats and other garbage.

My opinion for what it's worth, Ty, Nick, and Co got to cocky, they've been "winning" the social media war and because of that Ty got lazy which led to that late and gay thousand or so page monstrosity of a filing. It doesn't seem like Chupp feels like reading the rules or filings but to be fair Nick did say Judges could have days like these... The Fuhrer is still the Fuhrer, and now kickvic gets to be cocky. Dawn has not come and the fat lady isn't even ready to sing yet.

There's still more to come from this and in any case, there will still be some form of lols to be had.

This is just a tired narrative at this point. Vic had already been shopping for lawyers. It was after talking about the situation on his show that Vic replied, declined his request for an interview and asked if he knew any lawyers in Texas(i believe this is what happened here). Then Vic talked to Beard, but how or what transpired is unknown. KV has been reaching on this shit for a long time.
