While the odds are on Chupp striking it too, people forget that defamation is still on the table. He might not win as much money than if he got TI, but if he wants to prove stories like Monica's hotel story to be lies, that's the cause that he wants to win.

And those are the accusations that are at the root of the TI, anyway.

Proving Rial lied wouldn't even make any difference to most. KVers will pull off Olympian level mental gymnastics and say the judge was wrong, Justice doesn't exist, and did we mention how oppressed we are?
