Just chill omg, can’t win’em all. If any, At this point I’m under the impression all the salty ones are more sore because they wanted to have the first laugh at MoRon and co. rather than the case going the way it has to go.

The single problem I see with Ty is not Ty himself but his fucking fanbase and kiweebs who had all their chips put on him. Like he was some anime character in a martial arts tournament wtf. Give the man some space to do his job and stop projecting the weeb shit on him.

That being said, thanks for making a separate thread to laugh at the kiweebs the way they deserve it.

For Ty getting pummeled that's a yes and no answer. The last minute filing tactic was stupid, it backfired, and clearly didn't help them in the long run. I can't really fault him too much on the rest. He prepped for a TCPA hearing and was shoved into basically a summary judgement setting and got absolutely destroyed due to that. Even some of the best lawyers in Ty's shoes would be fortunate to keep the case alive. Now is it a good kick in the ass for being not worried? Maybe. Just honestly ignore Twitter. Those sweet nothing TwitLawyers and hypocrite ISWVers (I guarantee they will 180 after a Nick livestream) shouldn't cloud your judgement.

As for the rest, yeah this has uncovered quite the disgusting mess which the rabbit hole turned out to be worse than I think any of us imagined. Sabat with the casting couch came as a surprise.

The fact he's reading the transcript from that guy who couldn't even read his own chicken scratch is probably telling.

@Commander I've never bothered with those people. They're too stupid and obnoxious to waste time paying attention to. I'm just tired of this social media lynching and de-platforming bullshit all of which is generally coming from the obnoxious SJW, metoo woke scumbags and there is little sign of them going away or at least being quarantined at least. And if that wasn't bad enough, those people tend to create an autistic less organized but just as virulent Anti crowd which is almost always led by some opportunist that couldn't really give two craps for the supposed cause they're advancing.

Lawtwitter should be ignored as a matter of course. There are no more insincere actors in the entire situation than them. Monica, Jamie, and Jennifer all made up fake stories that never happened about Vic, and they're less insincere than Lawtwitter on the average day.

What I would pay to see funimation's lawyers face at that moment. He probably thought that defamation would be dropped just like we did.

So a so called friend texted Vic shit talking him, while reading KV tweets. I see. Whoever that "friend" is scum in my book and can go fuck themselves. Honestly if I saw Vic's reaction to that I would probably tear up (I have a weak heart). Lets laugh as a man's livelihood is ending. "But we're the good people"

People like that are the first ones to proclaim "woe is me" at the slightest inconvenience.

They should hope the people in their inner circle aren't as much of a little bitch as they are, and actually care. The likelihood is low because professional victims gather in packs.
