I agree, and would likely be why Ty didn't include it. That doesn't mean he might not have wanted to include them.

My point is, we don't even know what he was "berating" Vic for behind closed doors, and what his current stance is. As long as he is not joining in the dogpile and defaming Vic further, he will have the benefit of the doubt from me. Within the context of this case I think it's extremely short-sighted to compare Chuck to Sabat based off Svetlana's tidbits.

Personally - and this is just my uneducated analysis - I feel like Chuck is very confused and scared, not sure how he is going to support his family, after giving a slam-dunk affidavit that a lawyer fucked up on in a (on the surface) bleak case. I don't think we have any concrete reasons to disavow him.

TBF, I trust Huber about as much as anyone else that'd align himself as lawful neutral. I don't trust him. Not to say that I trusted him before, I'm indifferent.

But at least I wouldn't be uncomfortable being in a room alone with him, and sharing a couch. I reserve that for Sabat.

The members of the ISWV side speak ill of cancel culture and yet they act with the same tools to try and create it. This whole thing is a mess, and as i feared it's going to the petty fights. Here's some advice for Vic's Allies: SHUT THE FUCK UP!! Stop talking and let the information come from us. The farms remains neutral. We mock all who are worthy of mockery. If you do or say something stupid we will mock you, and it will be made public. Much like Gamergate and the SkepticTM community the egotistical thirst for political internet blood-sports turns one into the monster they wish to slay. This is how regardless of how legitimate your intentions, and ideas are, these communities all implode onto each other. For example, cannibalizing Ty for.......... bringing TCPA evidence to a TCPA hearing that the judge fucked up. Easy fix: Appeal, point out the mistake, and move on. Don't attack the judge on social media unless you want him to become your enemy and not just some bumbling, old, dumb-ass.

Onto Chuck. lets just assume he's "the guy." Neat! He's mad that his ass is on the chopping block too with no visible (read: immediate) results to save himself and Vic. Understandable. We all knew this legal battle would be long and arduous - Its too easy to take a loss (it may not even be a loss - only time can tell) and just throw the baby out with the bathwater, but please remember these things are very slow and painful. The internet age is the age of instant gratification - it's easy to forget this in court. Its easy to want to just Curse Ye Ha Me Ha people whom we find unpalatable but that's not what happens.

I've been in favor for a while now of creating a concise archive of the most damning statements (and their immediate context) made as an overview. of the events, so that any layperson can see whats happened. In no longer than 20 minutes of reading or viewing.

Ok ISWV wipe the Autistic, snot and spittle off your lip, act like adults, stand up and keep it moving.

I would be inclined to agree. Following all the information here is a very tough thing to do, and it would help people see who is being an idiot and exactly what makes them an idiot.

I'm not comparing Sabat to Chuck, I used Sabat as an example because if we used the same logic for him then we should give him benefit of the doubt because he didn't "publicly" say anything.

If you looked at my previous posts I'm in agreement that Chuck shouldn't be thrown under the bus or anything of the sort at the moment. We don't have enough to go on.

Had I actually put some thought into what would happen after these hearings, I probably would have been expecting the ISWV crowd to go jumping off of bridges. You kind of forget that the autism is equal on both sides because one side is docile and corralled by Nick, and the other is unrelenting spergery. Had Nick given a livestream right after the hearings, I'm sure the outbreak would have been partially contained. Since they were all left to their own devices, unclear facts from untrustworthy sources, and the ramblings of a retard, this is the outcome.
My only hope now is that this wasn't the worst of it, and we reach a critical mass that makes Gamer Gate retroactively become Weeb Wars 1 due to the sheer destruction that will be left in it's wake.

The latter part is just silly. ISVW and GG are still not nearly on the same level. One was a self-congratulatory 'movement' trying in vain to combat mainstream media, and the other one is mostly just focused around one man's legal battle. There's hysterical people in both, but the methods, goals, and attitudes in general are different.

Guys dial it back. We don't know it was Chuck that has been playing Wormtongue with Vic.

We knew there were VAs that supported Vic and were keeping silent / leaking stuff to Nick, it shouldn't be surprising at all to discover the opposite is occurring. Just like we have all the spergs coming into these nice clean threads shitting them up trying to poke people to cause drama, Vic's setback on Friday has emboldened some of the KickVic VAs.
