Exactly. Which it's pretty obvious why. Try going to work tomorrow and sending out 100s of twitter replies and still getting anything done. I feel bad for the people he represents this guy must spend 1 hour a day MAX actually working.

Even with slow mode once you've got a few thousand people watching the chat transforms into a background hum of people shouting into the void for attention.

Facts, but it would be a tad less ridiculous. Right now chatting on that shit is like throwing a hotdog into a theatre with slow mode with would be like throwing a hotdog down a hallway. Bad analogy but you get my point.
 
I disagree with Nick that the conventions were hostile towards Ty with discovery stay in place and being unable to get affidavits.

The main issue that should be stressed in my opinion is that these conventions do not want drama. They see no reason to hinder their bottom dollar on something that could get their dealings with Funimation on even worse terms.

Without the ability to demand answers, you would not get these conventions to respond

"Hostile" in this situation means unwilling to talk to you, it's a legal term. It doesn't mean that they're actively trying to damage you, it just means they aren't cooperative. So if they're ignoring Ty's requests, that's "hostile"
