I found this guy on my recommendations after watching a bit of Nick's live stream (closed it halfway) he's been mentioned before in this thread here and there on this thread but might as well.

@AnOminous, I'm beginning to think he really doesn't like Nick... : (

Ohh you missed him arguing in chat before the stream. He was trying to be a tough boy, but came off as a sad tryhard.

HE THOUGHT THE SUPERCHAT WAS SERIOUS
We got 'im boys
That was pretty funny actually.

Someday soon, half the chats will be generated with the GDQ donation message generator.

"hey nick, long time donor, first time watcher. My dad died of video games. Fight the animals, save the cancer."

Anyone on here that superchats should book end it with "put my money towards saving/killing the animals"

I grabbed some of the argument. He's so dense yet so desperate for attention.

And this is why we wait for Nick. I've heard bits and pieces and Nick delivered what happened the best to nobody's surprise. I actually think Ty did a really good job once he got riled up enough from the judge. He kept the meat of the lawsuit from being struck on a judge who did things not like procedures generally are. Chupp also seems more like a hardass more than anything but nothing really showed he's bias af. Just an ass, but he's a judge. Ty prepped well and had a bad day.

Sounds like Chupp was more having a bad day and problem solving a toddler bin since people were misbehaving and pulling shit. It's possible Chupp was cutting the fat and getting to the point. Definitely sounds that way when he was skipping stuff and refusing to look at certain documents. I definitely think Ty was not having his A-game, but I really think he did what he could. I really can't tell you what Chupp will decide. This lolsuit is an endless bag of surprises. No point in setting expectations at this point.

Doesn't he have his own thread somewhere? I think I've heard about his exceptionalism before
I believe he does but it's super barebones because the guy just isn't important or interesting. He's a nobody screaming for attention who's been around since GG, making nothing of substance and not even being particularly funny to laugh at. Similar to penguinfag in that regard, though admittedly not quite as pathetic

EDIT: Correction, he does not have a thread, but his dox has been posted here on KF before

"Durr why don't you make them agree to disclose their information"
I'm amazed that this whole "attorney-client privilege" thing is so hard for him to understand. It's like he doesn't get that Nick has no power (and shouldn't have power) in Ty and Vic's financial decisions regarding the lawsuit and GFM.

The fact that Nick doesn't have any control over the gfm funds (as well as Ty who only has limited control) hurts their Nick=grifter narrative.

Wait did I hear that right Ty tried to provide a folder with a list of charges and arguments for said charges and Chupp was like nah I got the defense's? Is that normal because that just seems unprofessional.
