He brought A LOT of this on himself. He not only didn't just ignore trolls/weeniers/the internet at large, he then led everyone on a convoluted, winding, most drug out explanation of anything that could have been explained this "simply". (I say simply, relative to the whole "fake fuck doll girlfriend, custom made to look like a friends wife, that he stop motioned into existence to make himself look better" theory)

Dude drew first blood when he picked on that Xiaxue woman for no good reason. He got his chuckles being a racist, misogynistic fuckwad and too bad for him, he decided to fuck with someone who was smarter than him. She did minimal digging and managed to catch him in a ridiculous web of lies, and then he tried to play the victim before he ragequit the internet. I stumbled upon this thread yesterday and spent the whole day reading it. Really good read.

I have to say though that the video with Brace Face only proved one thing: Brace Face is okay as being seen as a part of Coffin's life. So even if we conclude that there is no doll, it still doesn't explain why Coffin is holding her like a creepy brother in the photos, the bogus-looking pregnancy photos, Why Brace Face seemed so shy to reveal her face yet acts like a confident person in the video, and what I think is really off: why a girl that attractive and nerdy that is married to a YouTube hack has little to no online presence, she could easily be getting more views than him by simply doing some non-facecam let's plays—it makes absolutely no sense, she is a more worthy investment, unless Peter is so narcissistic that he would rather be accused of faking a girl in his life again than to be the less popular husband of one...

More strangeness from Pete and family. He opened a gofundme campaign (http://www.gofundme.com/coffin) a couple days ago:

"Hello, we're a family by the name of Coffin. Peter, Ashleigh and Harrison. It's not easy asking for help in this way, but at this point we have to. Our medical bills are beyond what we can handle, and with a looming surgery for Ashleigh they are going to be even larger.


Last year, we had a baby. You can probably imagine what this means to us; at this point he is our life. The little guy is lovely, no two ways of putting it.


Harrison was also born a month premature at 3lbs. 14oz. Which is an absolutely tiny baby. He spent 12 days in an intermediate nursery to gain enough weight to be considered alright to leave the hospital.


For most people, health insurance would have covered this. We'd have paid our deductible and that would have been it. For us, it costs around $12,000. When we moved to Utah in 2013 for work (for me, Peter), though, we basically used all we had to get here, relying on the idea this job was going to undo a lot of financial issues we already have (it was a good salary that included medical insurance, and we had a baby on the way). That company is no longer around today. The time we've spent since then has been extremely difficult, and it is in no small part due to our mounting medical bills.


I (Peter) currently hold down two full-time jobs, due to certain online activity, I would rather not disclose where, but I will say both do not add up to what that one job would have given us, especially including insurance. That has followed us since Christmas 2013. Other, well, not-nice things have happened too.

To be more specific, Gamergate and 8chan have involved us in their harassment, read more about that here (last link is a smear article, it's pretty disgusting), in fact it's why we censored Harrison's face. We know there are pictures of him out there, but know this will attract a lot of traffic from these folks.

The sad thing about this is on top of all we've dealt with (and our inability to actually deal with our financial problems), we've had people dehumanizing my wife (who never said one word about GamerGate), digging relentlessly for personal info on me (from addresses to social security - they have even contacted one of the jobs I've had in the last year to try to get me fired) and harassing both of our families. We've dealt with emotional distress people honestly shouldn't have to.


On top of all this, Ashleigh has a surgery scheduled in mid-March for her jaw. We have managed to pay for braces over a couple years, but it's taken major sacrifice. We can't pay for this surgery on our own, however. We're desperately clawing through options for insurance, but we don't have the money for that (both a payment and a deductible, likely at least $4-5k) and we don't have the time either. Apparently getting jaw surgery approved for surgery for insurance (which we don't have anyway) can take a long time, despite it being a medical necessity. The way her jaw fits together (or rather doesn't fit together) causes chronic pain (TMJ), difficulty eating/chewing, and constant headaches. I feel really awful she's been made to wait this long, let anone any further on this. It's just not fair on top of everything else. I realize life isn't truly fair, but it kills me inside to watch such an amazing person suffer.


It's something that has been delayed more than it should, this should have happened before her pregnancy - I (Peter) can only imagine how that felt for her. I feel bad I haven't been able to fix this for her yet, and that's why we're turning to you: this stuff has gotten beyond us.


We're asking for $12k because that would at least make this surgery possible but with a "stretch goal" in mind of 18k. We really need to get through this tough time and to just stop feeling like we're spinning our wheels. To be honest, this has been difficult to write. I had proposed this to Ashleigh several times and we've always not done it because it always felt weird asking for help in this way. And writing something that includes "what kind of misfortunate things have happened to you that have made your life so hard you need to ask others for (a lot of) help" is less than pleasant, I have to say. But having seen what so many wonderful people have done for others achieve in the face of extremely difficult situations, we knew we had to try this. Please help us, it would mean the world to some folks who truly need it.

I know some have explained the breast size with bra stuffing, which makes some sense, but that's not the only thing that's odd. Her hips and waist also change size. You can kind of explain the waist if the jacket is loose-fitting I guess, but the hips on the right photo look a lot wider than the ones on the left.
