The emails have been leaked. Passwords, even hashed passwords, have not.

an IP address only really pinpoints the ISP who owns the address.
if you want to find out what real-life address an IP is assigned to, you need to ask the ISP, and these companies usually don't give out personal information about their customers except when ordered to do so by a court of law or government agency.

It could be a concern if you live in a country with hate speech laws.

It's a good idea to use a VPN either way. Work doesn't need to know you're on KF.
