You forgot to quote what you were referring to... and I'm not sure why you think what I say is dumb if you don't bother reading it. To be honest, if you DID get past line 2, you would find the fucking explanations behind what I'm saying. The fact you keep on avoiding those explanations doesn't mean I'm dumb or insane... it just means you are INTENTIONALLY misunderstanding me.

That, in case you didn't realise, is insane... prove me wrong and SHOW how I'm wrong, show the mistakes I make. Simply declaring me to be wrong/dumb/insane means nothing... SHOW YOUR WORK!!

1) you can be a pedophile and still be with people above the age of consent.
2) So he believes that all interests, needs, desires, and all that derive from sexual desires. Doesn't necessarily help him at all. Actually, it's a completely moot point. Why you would say he's pansexual when he holds pansexualism is beyond me. They are two different things.
3) And once again, so you get it, you can like/love/fuck someone of the age of 25 and still be sexually into children. Some homosexuals spend most of their life trying to "be" heterosexual. Who you do doesn't change who you're attracted to.
4) Pedophiles get punished when they break the law. Being in possession child porn is against the law because it has a victim. You literally cannot make child porn (unless it's animated or cartoon) without violating a small child. That's why it's wrong. Just having the desire doesn't get you put in jail, though you do get a stigma on you...it's when you start making victims that the law steps in.

You want legalized child porn? How would this legal system work? Who's children are you using for legal child porn?

I think he means you shouldn't be arrested for loli/shota manga and the like but because of his autism he can't explain himself very well.

What I really like about Fuckbot is the way his very first response to me started with an attempt at an insult... and a set of "Nu-uh!" responses to citations showing he was wrong about Saudi Arabia.

He never read what I said in the first place, he had his own belief of what I said and ran with it. At this point I'd be shocked if he were even on the same planet as what I say... which really makes me laugh when he calls my posts insane.

I'm pretty sure he means the real deal. That possession, consumption, and (presumably) redistribution of child porn shouldn't be criminalized... for what reason I'm not sure, but I've never seen a successful argument that legalizing it at that level somehow doesn't enable the ongoing production of more.

Edit: It seems that his argument is that pedophiles should be able to access child porn in order that they can masturbate and satisfy their urge that way rather than letting their urges build up until they molest someone. It's a theory I've heard articulated before, and if you consider how you treat things like heroin addiction, it's not ridiculous at the outset. The problem with the theory is that it makes a lot of assumptions about the nature of pedophilia and other sexual deviancy that just don't hold water.

Yeah, that's the nub of the biggest problem with it... to be honest though, it's the same problem with the whole anti-porn arguments as well.

Big question though, how the fuck would you test those assumptions without using actual child porn? I mean, you need a control group to make sure it's done properly...

God damn... that skeevy feeling when you realise you've just inadvertently come up with a valid reason to use child porn... I'mma go vomit now...

You'd have to do it with some legal variety of porn and if it succeeds, the effect might generalize to other varieties of porn. You'd probably need an act of Congress to get a study involving child porn though, even if it's just to confirm that you could wean someone off child porn or out of being a pedophile. And... yeah... I just don't see that happening.

And I don't lament that either.

I might be interested in taking a swing at it. I don't know what Marijan sounds like, so I'll just do a voice based on what I think is appropriate. Any in particular you'd like me to do?
