Vic was out doing better shit than playing ball in court with Lemonhead and the Fatty Gang. They attempted to force him to show up because he had other things to do that weekend.

Amazing how they're trying to make his life revolve around their exceptionalism while also claiming they want him out of it because Vic man bad.

It was mentioned on Nick's stream that Ron was spotted after the hearing, and Monica has confirmed that he was put in the cuck corner.

Vic is not able to attend because 1) he did not have to appear no matter what your rétard subpoena says and 2) had plans set to attend his friend's movie premiere. This makes him fishy.

Monica and Ron are 1) told to produce evidence prior to filing TCPA and 2) do not despite court order. This is no cause for suspicion.

Don't recall a court order. I do recall an unfiled subpoena early on that was quickly retracted.

Also, why isn't Monica following Vic's lead, and instead choosing to publicly talk about the lawsuit? What happened to peace and light, or whatever?

They attempted to get him to show up so their little goblin hag could ambush him or get him in a shot with Rial and Marchi. Only the WAHMEN showing up for the hearing was so transparent, they showed for the little gay photographs and nothing else.

She and Marchi have been emboldened because of the TCPA hearing. They are confident that they are gonna get out of the lawsuit entirely because they think Ty is incompetent. They already have Sharon Grigsby under their thumbs writing biased opinion pieces to sway the general public not familiar with anime and it's dubbing community in general to turn more people against Vic. As a result, she and Marchi have gotten way more uppity and think they can do or say whatever they want now. They don't feel the need to play pretend anymore, basically.
