Him being labeled a Limited Public Figure is a huge fucking L. Basically his best shot at this point is to spray and pray. Hope the judge changes his mind on a few of his rulings. Beard actually comes with a full erection this time instead of flaccid. They gotta find the Faggot and point him out right in court.
Him being a limited public figure was guessed by most people with a rational thought. It was obvious the furher wanted a full public figure status and Ty wanted a private status. The judge would most likely split the baby and make Vic a limited. There is ample evidence of malice and disregard for the truth in Funi and Moron, even if he was labeled a public figure.

Nobody but the offices of Twitt & Ers believes that a status of limited public or public figure, will make Vic lose the case.

Will a full public figure make another hurdle for Ty to jump through? Sure.

Will a limited public figure make another hurdle for Ty to jump through? Sure.

Will any of this matter against them showing open malice and disregard for the facts? Nope.

lmao what
Who's the hack that allows this Elementary school level PowerPoint?

Not that I know of. Could just be camera angle. Ironically enough he was in the IB class (smart ppl program) unlike me who was in regulars. I feel honestly he looking less at things objectively due to Nick grilling his ass time and time again
He sounds like a dickhead, man. If he was in IB he must be pretty smart but is he the kind of arrogant asshole who thinks his shit cutter smells better than anyone else's? Was he never told he was wrong as a kid? He's fucking annoying. Ha ha.

Alright, here's the archive of the tweet I posted earlier.

Then he claims he got that information second hand 🤔
This is how it always happens with these mofos.

They claim Vic did a thing, someone questions it, then it turns out “durr uh actually I heard it secondhand but hurr it actually happened I swear.”

Rinse and repeat. Bitches, please sing a new tune, this one is stale and got old long ago.

Well, Rooster Teeth is downsizing:
Hello everyone -Today has been a tough day at Rooster Teeth, and is unlike any other moment of organizational change we have experienced together. As we looked ahead at all of our upcoming opportunities and challenges, we had to make some difficult decisions about how we are organized. Unfortunately, this meant that earlier today we reduced the size of our team by approximately 13% overall. This decision is not reflective of anyone’s individual performance, and we’re thankful for all that our former colleagues have contributed. We will be doing everything we can to ease their transition, including helping them find their next opportunities.

As discussed during your department meetings, our managers have adjusted their teams to meet the needs of our future. Our industry is evolving rapidly, and we have to evolve with it if we want to succeed. As we begin a new chapter, we have the opportunity to focus on what we do best: creating great content for our community and partners, supported by key lines of business including advertising, distribution, memberships, events, and e-commerce.

We've accomplished a lot this year already: gen:LOCK and Immersion have both debuted successfully on TV, we’ve announced new content partnerships with DC, HBO Max and others, and we continue to produce the amazing programming that brings joy to our community every single day.

We can look forward to more success along this path: continuing to grow our relationships within the WarnerMedia family and beyond, and finding new platforms where we can continue our pioneering creative work in gaming, animation, and comedy.

With many teams moving to new office space tomorrow, we will meet briefly on Monday to discuss these changes further. I look forward to seeing you, as I always find renewed confidence, optimism, and excitement in our mission when we come together as a team.

Finally, I want to wish all our former co-workers the very best. We’re thankful for the passion and creativity that they brought to Rooster Teeth, and grateful for the friendships we’ve formed. I have been fortunate to work closely with many of those leaving today, and I’m sad to say goodbye, but also incredibly proud of what we accomplished together.

@theworstkindofeurofag Thanks for the new supply of nightmares. My memory larders were starting to run low.

Jesus please-us, I haven't seen flesh stretch like this since I last decided to peruse my favorite John Carpenter film.

The only explanation I can think of is that The Thing actually did escape Antarctica, but it took a couple hundred hit points in intelligence and now it's trying to assimilate this poor vehicle.

They say it must've been around '10 '11. Makes even less sense. Why would the fricking Navys know/care about some chinese cartoon voice actor who hugs his fans?

So, they would have associated with sexual harassment a real person who would generally be recognized as some rando by navymen (there wasn't even a ghost of a public controversy about Vic that long ago) meaning that the illustration would be largely lost?

That's highly inappropriate and pointless.

I was just reviewing some of the various and sundry filler story arcs in this saga, and was reminded of the Akiva Cohen Ethics complaint filed against Ty. That happened around the 7th of August, and I believe Ty had 30 days to answer the complaint. Has anyone heard anything regarding this matter? It seemed that everyone at the time was all hype to see Ty raise hell with Akiva. I don't know about anyone else, but I would still like to hear Ty's answer.

What’s so special about “limited” anyway? Seems a bit technical.

I think Ty said he sent something to the Texas State Bar. Ultimately, we have to see what course of action the Bar does in this situation.

Well, Rooster Teeth is downsizing:
Huh. I have been seeing people saying they’re leaving the past few weeks.
If Rooster Teeth was smart, they'd cull some of the many rampant, malignant, autistic growths festering deep within their company. Shannon McCormick would be a great place to start.
Depends on what happens with Ozpin, I’m assuming.
It's like if Monica is the Zoe Quinn of kickvic/animegate.
Nah, Monica has produced something at least likable if not memorable in the forms of May Chang and Mirajane Strauss.
