In an unsurprising turn of events, Sharon wants to get rid of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

You guys don't understand. These women are clearly too dumb to make their own decisions. Thank God there are brave and intelligent women like Sharon who'll show them what's good for them, i.e. re-educate them.

This is only marginally relevant because Marchi is in it, but fair warning that Borderlands 3 is woke as fuck and frothing at the mouth with dangerhairs. I knew that gearbox was infected with some heinous shit, and Marchi seems to be like a fly to said heinous shit, but BL3 is a fucking train wreck. I kind of wonder if there is any part of these industries not dominated by these garbage people. Also as a funny aside, Ellie may be the character closest to Marchi voicing her self.

BL3 has an "agender robot," the replacemt for Claptrap since the Claptrap VA was also some VP at Pitchford's company and left, then confirmed the whole thing about Pitchford embezzling millions while demanding his staff take pay cuts + keeping child porn or "barely legal squirt porn" on company equipment. If you gendered this robot, they ban you from their forums.

Oh, and as GG is pointing out, they blacklisted any games site that was even a little critical of the E3 demo, which has started the rumor that the problems in the E3 demo were never addressed.

The game is sounding like a complete and utter dumpster fire.

3 of the 4 playable characters are stunning and brave unicorns, without spoiling the story (even though its shit) it all boils down to a bunch of stuning and brave wahmen in a space ship trying to stop a stunning and brave twitch thot and her dopey brother from building an army of incels. By far the worst part, the unforgivable part, is that its just not funny. Not even slightly amusing, the humor of it is gone. One of the quests is literally getting a starbucks frap for a stuning and brave dangerhair with a cockney accent. I havent been this anoyed with Borderlands since the hate crime that was the pre-sequel, or more specifically, Janey fucking springs.

I got a wrong idea of the LP public figure concept, and I think I'm not the only one...
So I'm going to put the definition here who may have gotten it wrong too:
a person who voluntarily and prominently participates in a public controversy for the purpose of influencing its outcome and who is thus required as a public figure to prove actual malice in a defamation suit

So Vic's arguable "celebrity" actually only matters to the public figure status.
And Vic became a LPPF in the context of the lawsuit, but this shouldn't matter as it does not make him a LPPF during the smear campaign.

I guess LLPF is more about Nick not being allowed to sue KVers for calling him names (unless malice is proven).

It has to be
self-seeking fame - defamation - court.

It is not
defamation - fame - court, or
defamation - court - fame.

defamation - fame - court: means someone maligns you enough to make you famous, they get off from consequences. Can't believe that is the intended

defamation - court -fame: not only suffers from the above illogical view but lets a defamer with influence summon up a few media pieces on you and end your ability to win a suit. Can't believe that is intended either.

If the scrutiny of the law says otherwise, I'd need a more expert opinion specifically addressing what makes you famous and when doesn't matter.

Here's the Wiki definition.
