Geez, I missed ALL this fun while I was sleeping? Damn it! @Toasty you are right. I think this is why at least 2 of her kids don't speak to her. Her youngest has ASKED to be adopted by Stephanie because he doesn't even want a piece of paper that has this epic fuckup's name on it. I cannot imagine having to be in their shoes. She has been making empty threats to "destroy" people or have "her people" pay you a visit. So far, no one has gotten a visit from any of her people. When asked about it, she deflects. The same happens when pressed for proof of her claims. I am still not convinced that she is mentally ill. She may just be an epic drama queen. What I do know is she has NEVER had to take care of herself. She has always had a man doing that for her. She married Gary at 17 I believe and Skip right after. What's interesting is that she thinks, truly, that she is above the law. When confronted with her crimes, she makes comments like they have bigger criminals to worry about, the county doesn't have the money to waste on prosecuting her (yet, instead to pleading guilty to drunk driving, she wants a trial which costs the county money), or that she is broke so they can't fine her. She truly thinks she can talk her way out of it and come out a victor. She doesn't realize that a court-appointed attorney, who is making little to nothing as it is, is not gonna kill themselves defending the fact that she was drinking and driving and the blood tests prove it. She is fucked in a HUGE way and doesn't even see it coming. Her complete ignorance of law, like statements she has made that Skip was "not allowed" to marry Skip because she did not give her permission, is stunning. I did hear, from a very good source, that Skip and Stephanie had to file paperwork against Dana because after the divorce, she was still using his military health insurance and they charged Skip over $6K. His marrying Stephanie did not cut off her insurance. His divorcing her did. The federal government will be coming after HER for that money and quite possibly fraud.
