There was some service that checked the approximate number of accounts that were bots, probably still a thing. I remember it showing some Literally Who having like half the followers being bots back during GG but unsure if that was Zoe or Anita. In any case this may as well be just a mere technical glitch, happens with all the services.
Interestingly, I saw a post from this same person come up in my notifications this morning. It didn't stand out really until I saw your post and I went back to see if it was the same person. IDK, I am not a huge twitter user. I was trying to catch some kind of evidence of what was happening but it is hard when you don't know what to look for. I believe it was only happening for the first half-hour or so after she posted, but I stopped watching maybe 45 minutes after it was live.
