Ty didn't need to prove that more than one con canceled Vic. He had evidence that one con canceled him because of TI and that the cancellation caused him damage, and he had inference that more canceled him. Even one con is enough for a TI case, but at TCPA an inference is enough for more. It wasn't Ty boomering, it was Chupp being stupid and expecting an improper standard of evidence in a TCPA hearing.

OH, this dreg, I almost forgot about this. I think he ended up deleting this tweet after realizing how horrible it was in its implications. Implications which are turning out to be more and more true.

Ty proved that cons canceled vic yes, what I said was that they ruled out TI because he didn't have any proof that it was because of Moron that Vic got canceled from those other cons. That could've been a result of the defamation for all the judge knew which was why he didn't dismiss that defamation case. It's hard to argue for his ruling that just because Vic was reinvited that TI should be ruled out but you still can argue it. And again, I'll still call it Ty boomering to an extent because Ty should've atleast made sure that he had proof MoRon interfered with more than one con. I'm no lawyer but even that's pretty obvious. You always have 2 or 3 references/sources to prove your claim so in the event one is rejected, you have others to fall back on

As I explained elsewhere, I think the TCPA is supposed to more of a "barometer". If we put the evidence in front of a random person would they say "something isn't right about this."

The defendants played discovery games for 50 some odd days before the TCPA stayed all discovery.

Right now Ty has as much authority to demand a conventions private communications as any Kiwi does. Which is none. If any conventions were sympathetic to Vic they would have come forward by now.

That is the issue we have right now. "All out" means "play by the rules otherwise stuff gets thrown out."

I've mentioned this in another thread I think. Maybe it was this one a bit ago.

But fringe KV people and casual fans are beginning to realize how absolutely batshit crazy Jamie and Monica are and how they've literally got nothing else going for them besides stirring up drama despite the last ruling seeming favorable for them. They don't talk about anything else anymore and for people who aren't interested in their drama, they see no reason to stick around or defend them regardless of how they feel about Vic.

There was one person I'm acquainted with that was heavy KV until the last week or so and they quietly scrubbed their Twitter profile despite still not liking Vic, but they made it clear that Jamie and Monica were just getting real fucking annoying.

Tl;dr: I bet that people who might have been in that server or even their "secret" server might throw them under the bus just to get them to shut up because people are getting tired of it.
