I had to read this six times to sort it out. I hate this redacted crap.

Is danger hair with I clearly don’t want a job too snowflake to get one/keep it a clinical sign like the teddy bears and since when did she have a service dog?
Oh yes, clearly the Einstein of support animals. The way he was waiting for the wrong door to open was a perfect indication of the bright future that lays ahead for him...It's a Support dog (Esa) not a service dog but she's been taking him with her to public places forever saying he's the best dog and how he's never had training but he's so good he doesn't need it.
And here's the proof

The look on his face as he sheepishly glanced behind wondering if they were sharing space with a cat being neutered without anaesthetic then realising it was his owner singing... Priceless.
Holy shit SJ really is on Xyrem.
There's literally no chance the pharmacy that distributes it knows how much she drinks, or the doctor prescribing it. If you have one serving of alcohol during the day, you have to wait 6 hours to take Xyrem. If you have 3 servings or more, you're supposed to skip it completely that night (can't remember 2 drinks, maybe 8 hours?). And that's JUST alcohol, that's not including any pain meds she might take or benadryl or whatever else she's on.
Xyrem is GHB at overdose levels. She's literally so stupid she's going to kill herself because she can't read a goddamn schnapps label.
Just read up on it, and yikes. Xyrem is a scary-sounding drug.

Warning against use of Xyrem
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is reminding healthcare professionals and patients that the combined use of Xyrem (sodium oxybate) with alcohol or central nervous system (CNS) depressant drugs can markedly impair consciousness and may lead to severe breathing problems (respiratory...www.fda.gov
It's also produced by a company called Jazz Pharmaceuticals, which is somehow
a uniquely horrifying name to me. It sounds like something out of a dystopian future where medications are used to give everyone's minds the sensation of smooth dental office jazz, all day and all night.
Edit: in case anyone else was wondering how a CNS depressant even helps with narcolepsy in the first place, evidently you take it at night and it promotes deeper sleep. Had to look it up because I was confused after just reading the description.
Specifically increases slow wave / stage 4 sleep. There aren't really any other drugs that do that to the same extent. Also happens to significantly increase your alcohol tolerance since they act on the same receptors, so she's probably drinking a ton if she wants to get even a little tipsy.
Jesus. That helps explain why the FDA requires people taking Xyrem to enroll in a special "risk evaulation and mitigation strategy" (REMS) program, wherein it appears that, to be prescribed Xyrem, you have to repeatedly make clear that you understand not to freaking drink alcohol with it. https://www.xyremrems.com
SJ is always real hush-hush about naming the drugs she's on and I'm convinced it's both because none of her doctors know the full list of medications she takes, and because she knows people will call her out more if she gives more specifics. She had one vlog where she gleefully explained that she had gotten three different doctors to give her three different prescriptions for the same medication (Prednisone) at the same time, but filled none of them to my knowledge. She's stupid as all hell but she's a shameless doctor shopper and so she gets prescribed a whole bunch of controlled substances.
Out of all the munchies here, Miss "Schnapps Has No Alcohol" is the one who is absolutely too dumb to be pulling shit like this. Also, minor detail in the scheme of things, but I will never understand the mindset that drives these girls to keep that many doctor's appointments. It's like watching someone do extra laundry or fill out extra tax forms. Most people I know can barely be arsed to go to the doctor when they have to.
She just uploaded a new vlog where she gleefully picked up 19 meds from the pharmacy. I don’t have the emotional fortitude to give a play by play today
I haven't actually watched a vlog for more than fifteen seconds, I'll take this one for the team.

She's been up for an hour. She's been doing . . . You guys she's been doing a LOT [gestures vaguely at desk]. "I got some junk food . . . I am . . . doing stuff." Turns out that what she's been doing is refreshing the non-profit page so she can see when hers officially goes live.
Drives to the drive-up pharmacy window and gets two of those white pharmacy bags absolutely stuffed full. There were supposed to be 23 prescriptions, but four weren't covered because they had her old insurance, and she has to bring her card in. (How did she get the nineteen covered? We are left to ponder that mystery unaided.)
SJ has decided that the dogs "deserve" to go to the dog park. She then sits on the floor and counts her 19 prescriptions while making the poor dogs wait. You can hear one of them make a pitiful "come ONNN" sound off-camrra.
I'm done. I got three minutes and 20 seconds in, and on her third repetition of "dowrg park" I had to stop. How do you guys do this???
Edit: I mustered some inner strength that I honestly did not think I possessed. Sarah-Jean continues the vlog from the dog park. The cat has gotten into the car, so SJ has to sit inside and watch as Freckles paces back and forth, anxious because she can't handle being in the park on her own. SJ vlogs Freckles's suffering in detail as the dog paces along the gate, barking. SJ laughs.

She eventually gets out of the car and goes into the dog park at Freckles can "wawrk" away from the entrance. Freckles is heart-wrenchingly happy to see her.
Back home. She has a tic. Or Tourettes. If she moves her neck a certain way, it triggers a twitch. If she really grabs her head with both hands and really cranks it to the side, it causes a lot of "twitches," which make her neck hurt. She's going to try CBD oil for this problem that clearly does not have a simple solution like "don't go crazy chiropractor on your own neck." Spends a solid minute filming herself opening the CBD cream and putting it on her neck. Demonstrates her "twitch," which looks like she's just kind of moving her head.
She takes some CBD oil. Is also going to take two migraine pills, even though she's supposed to only take one, but the doctor said she could take two. Talks while digging earwax out of her ear for an uncomfortable amount of time.
She's on the couch. Her head hurts so bad. So bad that she's filming and talking in a brightly lit room, which is of course what most people do for a headache. The stress is so intense that she has a "high heart rate" of 129. Her back hurts, her joints are on fire, and her "organs feel like they're shutting down." She "hurts so bad." She nevertheless vlogs through the pain, describing how she couldn't even put corn in a pan of water.
Starts filming her blood pressure monitor. "I'm still hypertensive." View attachment 937072
Her dad had left to go to the casino, but she texted him that she was "having hypertensive numbers." He had just gotten to the parking lot, but he's turning around to come take her to the hospital.
It's 20 minutes later. Her BP is 124/89.
Cut to SJ in the car the next morning. Last night she fell asleep, so she apologizes for not filming. She woke up in the middle of the night and "threw up a little bit." No mention of her dad coming home or anything about him. She may take today orff from vlogging because she's just going to run an errand, then go home and lie down.

If it's a money grab, is there any info detailing the differences of surgery rates between countries that have socialized vs non socialized medicine? It truly never ceases to amaze me. A lot of why these people are believed is the "what doctor would do brain surgery on a little girl unless she really needed it?" factor. People want to believe doctors wouldn't do a surgery just for the money, because they're supposed to be devoting their lives to helping people get healthy.
It's one thing when some idiot wants to get their head cut open so they can play sick girl forever. When it's kids, i want to punch things through the internet.
He gets Remicade infusions which yes, are insanely expensive and have to be given in an infusion center. Obesity is a growing problem in Crohn's patients exactly because newer treatments like this are controlling the disease so well they're able to live more-or-less normal lives.

SJ and her sooooper serious stage II hypertension numbers from IG. I wish she would have went to the hospital. Can you imagine going in for elevated BP with numbers like this? I bet most of the ER staff have higher readings. Besides home readings on digital BP monitors are notoriously wrong. Love how she passed out, couldn't be that she feel asleep.
I didn't cap all her readings...you get the idea. Yes, she had to post the BP chart to prove how bad her BP was.
