IIRC the law is that while they can perform a scene together, they are not allowed to touch each other at all in the scene. Each get fucked by someone else in the same room/shot, maybe make the odd comment, but do not physically touch each other. No idea about other rules like swapping partners or something like the Japanese scene. Or that might have been the law back years ago. IDK to be honest.
