I honestly think this is Jack's best video of recent memory. Don't get me wrong it still sucks, but it's at least an interesting product that I was unaware of and as a supporter of true Keto (not Jack Keto) want to learn about. And that Jack says it "tastes like bread" means it's appearently neutral tasting which is the appeal of sliced bread.

But why does it suck? Jack doesn't bother to list the ingredients. How that bread is 0 Net Carbs mystifies me as even the least carbohydrated nuts tend to have a few grams of carbs. So I'm guessing it's some weird hybrid of Coconut Flour and Whey Protein.

What also annoys me is that Jack doesn't bother to toast the damn bread, is this a bread that can be the basis for Toast or a carb friendly Grilled Cheese Sandwhich? Viewer doesn't know because Jack is so lazy.

Because it's a made up thing by manufacturers. They take the fast acting blood sugar part of the ingredients and subtract it from the slow acting/non-acting ingredients to come up with the "zero net carbs". It still has carbs in it.

Jack weighs “less than [he] used to,” according to Jack.

I really think instead of going keto, he should focus on eating stuff that's healthy and not processed. I think some homemade, real bread would be healthier than eating a heavily processed, carb free load filled with chemicals and god knows what.

I'm gluten intolerant and I frequently tend to eat a lot more due to the lack of filling grains in my diet, I can imagine if you're keto it's a similar thing, and you have to choose your calories wisely that fill you up. Like you have to eat lots of meat to fill up. I feel like because of the lack of real whole grains he is just eating a ton of empty calories in order to try and fill a void. Unless you're diabetic/gluten intolerant, or know what you're doing, keto isn't the best idea.

Honestly, I think Paleo would be a safer option. It has the meat that the wendigo craves, and it omits the processed foods that will inevitably kill Jack.

i'll take things that aren't true for $100 alex

Yeah if Jack has lost any weight it has been from muscle atrophy. Since muscle weighs more than fat it can trick a simpleton like Jack into thinking he is losing the kind of weight he needs to be losing. Assuming it is even true that the scale is dropping at all. Like he can even afford nice and slow at his age with his health conditions. Like he said the other day though what point is there living if he can't eat like shit. He would rather eat ribs than one day see his grandchildren.
