I had to take a class about physical health, and the professor who taught the class was a fat, old diabetic man. It was one of the weirdest classes I ever took because the guy clearly wasn't too healthy himself.

Everytime I see a news article on a successful Kickstarter/gofundme for a good cause (like helping someone pay for surgery, etc), there's always some assholes that go WOW THAT SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING FROM A DYSTOPIAN FUTURE. Yeah, I get how it comes off like that, but it's like people can't just be happy that generosity still exists. No, let's just bitch about the USA. And these people wonder why nobody likes them.

i just recently got into cooking and assumed this was an exaggeration, but holy shit this is 100% true. it's so bad the cooking subreddit i lurk in has an extension to scroll directly to the recipe whenever you go to a cooking blog.
