It's 100% whales going on a reporting spree. I know at least 3 people who have gotten mass reported and locked over tweets that didn't break twitter's rules.

Also, gonna crosspost this here. Looks like the person who wrote that article had a meltdown on his twitter because Nick lampooned his writing last night. He has a tweetstorm crying like a bitch about it

Depending on how weird and unexpected it is, we may not know what we are even looking for until Nick points it out. The only thing really ruled out is that it is not a filing, which is one of the reasons its going to be hard to spot unless its something so supermassive that its impossible to miss.
