If the judge said anything to create that impression, that isn't just an appearance of impropriety, it's actual impropriety.
If the case gets thrown out that'll be something of interest.
Because that'll strengthen the appeal I would think.
"Judge got assmad that buckets of lard made ridiculous statements, swaying judgment in the process."
