They have the money, the authority to say the others fucked up and they were draged into this shit by their mistake of allowing them to do their stupid all over Twitter, they also have internal information about all the Defendants plus future targets.

Essentially they are a glass cannon, they certainly have the weapons to destroy the others but since they are they the most valuable target they are also vulnerable.

For the purposes of the TCPA, until the actual order is written, nothing is final. You can even be brought back into the case because the judge forgot to write the order in time, even if he dismissed everything on the bench. Hence, until the written order goes out, it's the same as if nothing was decided.

Quick aside: I tried my very best to like the Amazon adaptation of this. But they fucked some stuff up that really destroys the story for me, even though I do understand there has to be some changes between mediums.

Back on topic: How in the fuck can Greg tweet all that bullshit like he really has true legal expertise? And this isn't just because Ty and Vic are on "our" side. Like, I get it: at one point in my life I truly believed a giant rabbit hid plastic eggs full of candy and money in yards. But when one is an adult, aren't you supposed to understand the difference between make-believe and reality? He's so sure of what he tweets, but what's his actual ratio of being right vs. wrong?
