I believe this case needed mediation to begin with. From he initial hearing when Chupp asked how Vic is going to be remedied. Looking back at that it speaks to me that mediation is the best way to resolve because the fact questions we have aren't going to resolve anything, because one side doesn't give a shit about facts.

Outside of a court ordering the defendants to make a public apology, those opposed to Vic are still going to be insufferable professional victims about things

Sounds like the Karma fiasco from months back but even more edgy and stupid. Then again most chaos bringing randies are fucking exceptional.

Chupp is a scrub and has no right being a judge. Nick says the balancing factor of court is how expensive it is, but this is a detriment. Chupp screwed the pooch on understanding the purpose of the TCPA hearing - something so basic that he can't even do that. And the only thing that could be done is a LONG and even more arduous appeal process on top of the expensive case proper.

Vic's case is extremely easy to prove but its like Chupp did backflips to not do his damn job. I have a question, why is it not illegal to just willy nilly make rulings in the wrong court without some form of deliberation? Why is this not immediate grounds for dismissal? For me this isnt really just about vic, its about the many corrupt and brought out activist judges also placed into our justice system to skew it. What happened to the people having power? Jury? Anybody? Nobody is there to call out Chupps retardation without fear of jail and an appeals process?
