How does she expect to get a job if she can't function at normal human hours?
And yes, her rituals have no basis in "legitimate" (idk how to phrase this. Traditional? Standard Wiccan practice? You guys know what I mean) Even ignoring her blatant disregard of the three fold law and the fact that all genuine wiccans and wiccan books say that magic "working" is entirely dependent on you taking action. I'm not a practitioner so I don't have a full understanding, but I did do some work with a wiccan group and from how they described it, spells are the same as a religious person praying to God for a new job. It's a reassurance thing. Spells are self-empowerment is what one told me. But sorry, tangent, onto the rituals.
Wiccans put a lot of emphasis on the phase of the moon. Waxing phases are for "gaining" and waning is for "losing". Full moon is for manifestation and associated with the quintessence of things. New moon is rebirth. Each day of the week has a patron deity that varies on the pantheon of your choice. The stars position matters because Venus being in the sky helps with love, Jupiter with authority etc. There's so many details that it's impressive that some people can keep up with it all.
Another emphasis is sacrifice. All the spells I saw being exchanged amongst the wiccans involved the destruction or sealing of something. Sometimes it was the burning of herbs, sometimes the burning of string, other time they buried things to return them to Earth. The burning is release, either of the burden or release of the spell's power, the burying is like a "it's in God's hands now," thing. It's also used to give thanks to the Earth or whatever patron.
I could go on and on about what they taught me, but the point is that Steph doesn't even know her own damn religion. She doesn't follow the principles, she blatantly disregards their tenants, she's the equivalent of that white bitch who only shows up to church on Christmas and Easter, is the town bike, fucks people over, but still holds her being a Christian over others to shame them for being gay or doing something else she doesn't like.
Edit: In retrospect, it's quite misleadingly optimistic of me to compare Steph to someone who gets laid a lot. Or gets laid period.
