Nah, what he did with the last one is add a floating text field in the bottom left of the page, zoomed up to 72 point font and set translucent. Because he's a huge faggot and thinks this will stop Nick from using it on stream.

At this point who knows. Frankly chupp is so chaotic and obviously letting his feelings get in the way of the matter that it is hard to determine what he does. If he lets it go through, the defense probably appeals. If he dismisses it, the plaintiff probably appeals. This case has gone haywire from a lazy judge who could not be arsed to do his job and now either way it is an appealable case.
In other words, his ruling that day will probably depend on a coin flip at this point or if he has a pebble in his shoe

Eventually Tumblr decided they were transphobic and banished them, but only after they attracted the attention of a lot of the more sarcastic types out there who had a field day laughing at them -- and the rest of Tumblr at the same time.

I expect if Chupp feels appeal in inevitable, he'll seek the appeal that looks the least awkward. I'm thinking, that would be to let KV appeal. Although I'm not sure all KV have an appeal case.
Wondering, too, if settlement talks are the right kind of pre-occupation to let Oct 4th slip past without people having the energy to point this out to the judge.

Agreed. At this point, i think vic is starting to get work now and probably will not need a monetary settlement(maybe attorney fees, but even that is arguable). Retraction, apology, and an order to never speak of him publicly again would probably be best.

We can see that the number 3 is missing. Normally, that's not important, but look at number 2 is formatted. The line there is a little off and not formatted correctly. This is likely due to copying and pasting information about the lawyer. Kind of shows this was a rather rushed job by Chupp...or he's an omega boomer. Yes, that's kind of important.
If he's a boomer, that probably means he's not good with computers and therefore doesn't know the interwebs and how that works. The police give him a call on these reported threats and suddenly Chupp is like "WTF!" I feel like it's more like Chupp seeing where this thing is going to go and sent a guy in there before this thing gets any worse. I know we call Chupp exceptional, but this is absolutely a very, very hostile lawsuit that's getting more attention than pretty much any of his other ruling lawsuits.
