Realistically though, more KV doubling down shitting on vic and ty, chupp getting more disinterested, more obvious hit pieces, and likely grandstanding from the usual cucks about how strong the wamyns are and #metoo nonsense.

3rd best: Chupp falls asleep and fails to file his TCPA response on time, since he's pulling a Ty and waiting for the last minute.

Likely result: Little will be achieved, Chupp will either dismiss everything and go straight to appeals, or continue on with the current on-the-table causes of action, and the mediation will be a waste of everyone's time and money because he got spooked by mean emails.

In the hearing he said appeals multiple times and never once said anything about trial. He went on to say Marchi should be at the mediation because she could be caught up in appeals. He said he expects appeals to come, and "sometimes they agree with me, sometimes they don't" So just reading his words I get the impression he going to send them all to appeals.

Chupp has been known to let things go to the appeal process frequently so I 100% believe that will happen. Chupp also comes off as hating his life and his job, someone take that nigga to an amusement park or something. Dude needs to lighten up.
