All you have to do is get this story on ResetEra, with the two videos where he makes fun of the LGBT community. In his recent Gears 5 stream he called them it, and in his Nier stream where he jokes about two genders, and it might lead to some punishment as ResetEra has those kinds of people, and some work at Twitch.

Like I've said, if you want to inform people and these gaming websites simply stick to the truth, use video proof that is as little edited as possible and be polite, if you sperg out and add personal opinions you might aswell not even try.
Another chance like this will not come around soon as he will very likely be carefull for a while.

Right-o just let anyone with some pull in the community know not only does he say and believe such things he makes six figures a year in donations so his family base are facilitators for such actions and Twitch for letting it happen time and again regardless of the many reports so whose of those three would buckle under pressure first cause it ain't the first two.

The exercise bike story is painful on so many levels. It's another example of Phil's desperate need for any sort of social interaction when he tells these mundane stories as though they were Herculean struggles that need to be told. What should have been a 2 minute explanation about why he was late for the stream turned into an incredibly long, drawn out tale full of needless details, lots of repetition, endless complaining, finger pointing, self-pity and desperation. He lives such an exciting, stressful life, he has to return something from Amazon! My god, who gives a shit?

Phil needs to get a hobby or something, fucking anything really that can get him and Kat out of their routine of social isolation. The two of them are aliens at this point and Phil's mental health is in shambles. Go outside and take walks, read books, learn how to cook, become interested in sports, etc.. There are so many normal things Phil and Kat can do together, but instead they choose to sit in their shitty little condo doing nothing, wasting their lives and getting cucked by exercise bikes.

She wasn't allowed to drive for months because Phil hadn't explained her how to get from point A to point B, she can't be left alone without the cat when she's home, every time he gets asked how Kat is he proceeds to talk about what she cooked, Kat can't do groceries by herself (even with a car). Now she can't even go to the gym.

This is.. an excellent point.

And I think this idea is further bolstered by the fact that my mind will never wrap itself around any offer of reality that that dour, petulant fatbody could ever land a chick under 300lbs & who doesn't look/behave like an absolute space donkey.. without the chick being some degree of special needs. There's zero way.

Phils wild storys are shooting him in the foot. Personally i would have more respect for Phil if he just said i bought the exercise bike myself for Khat instead of spinning im broke so i took her to Sonic blah blah blah wanna be sad story. Not only did you tell your whole audience youre too stupid to save money for your wife, but the family, not you gave her money to buy something she wanted. She might be a potato, but shes your potato Phil. After hearing this sab story last night i have no doubt shes waiting it out to divorce him and take all the money she can and from personal experience from my own family divorce growing up, she will get alimony for some time. I dont buy one bit Phils im always in debt bullshit storys he spins, hes rolling in money or at worse, very very afloat than the average person. Khat hit a goldmine and shes waiting it out and Phils the type of guy who doesnt hold his own balls, thats in Khats purse. Maybe we are going about this all wrong. Maybe it’s not Phil, but Kat herself. What are the chances that whatever mental illness her mother suffered from (demon-child story confirmed by marriage certificate) is manifesting itself in Kat now? What if she’s starting to lose her grip on reality? I don’t know if Phil would even consider such a possibility that his soul maid is crazy. Maybe she can’t do all these things herself because everyone at the gym and at the grocery store are demon possessed.

That bike rant was exceptionally amazing. All these weird details, like:

- Kat getting cash from his parents to buy something for her birthday
- DSP assembling the bike from loose parts and it then not working anymore the very next day (my guess: not his fault)
- mentioning he got on the phone with Amazon, seemingly forgetting that he stated about a week ago that he didn't want call Amazon because they're practically unreachable by phone
- asking for his money back, but then saying to the person on the telephone it's a hassle to send back the bike (you want to keep the back AND your money back, or what?)
- DSP flat out refusing to disassemble the bike so he can send it back easily and get the money back quickly so Kat can pick out something else for her birthday
- the rant about how they need to know if the product will fit through the doorway etc. and have to send over two people to pick it up (only because DSP didn't want to deconstruct it to begin with)
- locking up a cat in the bedroom for 4+ hours because two people are coming over to pick up a thing (what the fuck?)
- DSP making sure that he mentions he doesn't blame Amazon, his Twitch overlord and basically his employer, multiple times (as usual kissing the ass of the platform he's leeching off of)
- complaining about he's now stuck with the thing for a week because, in essence, he can't be fucked to take it apart and now Kat is bummed out.

This rant might have been even more exceptional than the Pandalee hospital rant, tbh. And then to think he's "in the news" because of his little talk about racism and gout – that subject is exceptional as fuck in and of itself, btw; racism and gout, like... what the actual fuck? – but no, he manages to act like a turbo sped the very next day so people have multiple subjects to talk about/laugh at.

It's what I was getting at earlier, they have to approach this from a different angle not just the whole he said he's sorry not sorry but lay down what he is a guy on a platform who makes a sizable amount of money a year (at least compared to the average middle class American) who's whole shtick is he's all about the hate, his fans keep him going with his multiple properties in an echo chamber of hate on a streaming service who has been informed of him numerous times and has done little to nothing. You give a story like that to the social justice crowd they'll eat it up especially the part about how he creates his own little safe space for those like minded to him and the money he gets for it.

Everything was internal he said, which begs the question what did he have to assemble? I'm guessing he just had to maybe attach pedals, affix the seat, and whatever footing the bike had. Some sort of recumbent bike most likely.
I think the screws here look like they have a dimple for an Allen screw/wrench.

This is what I fail to understand.
People want to see him fail or get some justice, he never does. When a chance comes up, for which only he is at fault and only he is to blame, people defend him and troll shield him.
Even if he were banned from Twitch he would move to YouTube or Mixer. Him getting banned from Twitch isn't the end all, it's just a smite.
