If Penny Oaken did openly and transparently reveal the sheer magnitude of his obsessive cyberstalking of Reddit users to the world, it would NSA to shame and it would become apparent that this is was not about "taking over hate subs and turning them into comedy subs", but rather a personal campaign of impermissable mass cyberstalking in blatant violation of users' privacy by a rabidly obsessive and openly censorious Reddit mod with a political agenda. Reddit users would then demand that Reddit put an end to this violation of their privacy on the site by barring mods from cyberstalking and blacklisting them on the basis of guilt-by-association. /u/Bardfinn can't have that because simply banning spam bots or users for using cuss-words is just not exciting enough for this powermod. No, /u/Bardfinn has to uncover the grand conspiracy to cause trans genocide on Reddit by obsessively tracking who reads what and who interacts with whom.
What Penny Oaken is doing is digital McCarthyism. This is why he cannot show you his evidence for any these claims, because under an SJW dicatatorship everyone is guilty until proven innocent and the evidence used against the defendant is secret and not public, exactly like you would expect under a dictatorship. Making the "incriminating" evidence public would show beyond the shadow of a doubt that /u/Bardfinn has objectively been violating Reddit users' privacy to determine guilt-by-association. /u/Bardfinn might have done it off-site by pulling raw data and then analyzing it locally on his own (I honestly don't know how he does this, I am not familiar with Reddit's API but I would assume that's how he's doing it) but it's a blatant privacy violation nonetheless. Penny is creating a hellish situation where the only way you can hope to use Reddit in a private manner is by creating a sockpuppet account for every sub you're interested in and then aggregating those socks off-site in order to prevent being profiled and blacklisted for whom you associate with or which subs you read besides the SJW ones that /u/Bardfinn thinks are good for you.
I can imagine this kind of cyberstalking-based profiling of massive amounts of Reddit users being incredibly profitable too. I would not be at all suprised if Penny is getting kickbacks behind the scenes with requests for him to sell his cyberstalking-generated blacklists of Reddit users. Penny insists he's not making any money from Reddit because they want their mods to be unpaid volunteers... but who's to say that Penny Oaken is not selling his SJW Stasi blacklists to someone other than Reddit? I have reason to believe that the subreddit you're referencing, and another subreddit, "ItsAFetish" (warning: extreme transmisia)
are part of an effort to astroturf / manufacture public disgust, shock, and outrage against transgender people -- and astroturf the appearance of a public movement that opposes treating transgender people as human beings with moral autonomy, dignity, personhood, and rights.
There's an entire ecosystem of transmisic subreddits that /r/QueersAgainstHate and /r/AgainstHateSubreddits are tracking and documenting.
Most of the core users of the one subreddit you mentioned -- "NeoVaginaDisasters" -- fall into one of two camps:
Users who heavily use "ItsAFetish", GenderCritical, LGBDropTheT, and so forth.
Users of the "Clown World" ecosystem of subreddits -- 4chan / 8chan white supremacists, who used CringeAnarchy, WatchRedditDie, Clownworldwar, ParadigmShift2070 and etc. type subreddits -- bigots who are ethnosupremacist / sadists / sociopaths.

Ever since conversion therapy became unacceptable, parents have tried to find ways to make their gay children go away. Now they've found it; just slap on the trans label. The same thing happens in Iran.
On the other side of the political spectrum, there's also the emotional blackmail angle to consider. Therapists will flat out tell the parents, "Would you rather have a dead son or a live daughter?" Because as we all know, anything less than complete, unconditional, constant affirmation will make their precious flower jump in front of a train.

And there are therapists that actively encourage " trans-identified" or even just "questioning" children and teenagers to use suicidality as a bargaining chip to make their parents give in to their demands of hormones, puberty blockers and sometimes even surgical intervention WAAYYY before said teen is competent to make an informed decision on such. One of my best friends is as gay as gay can be. I asked him if he'd date or have sex with a FTM, and he said "no" with a disgusted look on his face. Gay men typically don't like vaginas. They like dick. And that's their prerogative.
