I must be in the minority, as I actually don't like Drexel streams. It's great that he's a long time friend of Nick, so he must be a decent person, but the persona he puts on for the stream is that of a jerk. He can bring interesting information, but I always have to adjust my filters to 'this guy is unironic MGTOW' for everything he says.

MGTOW isn't the same as incel. The former are just fine with girls as sex objects you grab and dump, the latter tend to excuse their ineptitude by avoiding women all together. I don't know if Drexel is actually that way off-camera, but I'd say he fits the definition of MGTOW completely while he's on it. At least the legitimate kind.

I'd watch him play Battletoads with Nick again, though.

I'm unsure if present (Western) culture, after moving towards the concept of learning to love before marriage as opposed to during (see: the best case scenario for an arranged marriage), realized that love is as much an action as it is an emotion, and more so it's an action that requires effort to enact.

My grandfathers were both henpecked and miserable. What I saw sure as shit didn't look like love to me. Both were nagged into early graves. Women get colder as they get older.

Love is fleeting. Marriage is a business arrangement to have and raise kids. Nothing more.

Almost every chat for any stream will be pure cancer once it gets big enough and gets enough eyes on it. Seen it happen many times. Only seen one or two exceptions I'm pretty sure. But yes, I have gone to the chat and it's fucking awful.
