-An irl friend's ex-boyfriend. She caught him hornyposting his crossdressing pics on Craigslist. Turns out he had also lied about the severity of his other mental illnesses. He briefly came out as trans and bisexual but backed off pretty quick when his rich parents threatened to disinherit him.
-The furry MtF who I met briefly at an event in college. After the event, he spent hours melting down in the public chat. He said that he hadn't had a good time and it was everyone else's fault that he didn't make friends. Even worse was when the organizers had to take this appalling tantrum seriously.
-The otherwise normie middle-aged MtF who trooned out in his late 30s and had a cis wife. In theory, they had a poly arrangement--although only the MtF was pursuing outside relationships. It was aallll about the MtF recapturing his lost lesbian youth.
-The MtF I met at a Ren Faire who was built like a linebacker crossed with a jar of mayonnaise. Another late transitioner, he was part of a "poly family" who worshiped Norse gods.
-A functional autogynephile MtF who just wanted to live a normal life, was not crazy, and had a steady and well-paying job. Looked kind of like Narcissa, and was likewise doomed to never pass. His dick inversion had major complications and he spent almost a year recovering.
-The passionately socialist MtF who was unsettlingly similar to
Liam/Lily Madigan. He loved Chapo Trap House, was the officer of a DSA chapter, and was charismatic and functional, despite what I suspect is bipolar and/or borderline. He had that desperate need for validation and attention, and the inner longing to be part of something big. A pretty fun person, but he also had a lot of the Crazy Vibes which you're familiar with if you've been hanging around here. I wouldn't be surprised if he became threadworthy someday.
-Various FtMs who were all sweet, sensitive, very intelligent, and at least a little autistic. Most of them were kinda awkward and had low self-esteem, and they were always straight or bisexual. There were a ton in the linguistics department, for whatever reason. Lots of them had what I call the "nerd girl triad" of depression, anxiety, and ADHD. LakeFama mentioned above is an almost perfect example of this type. There were a few weirdos, but most of them are cool. Watching them hate their bodies and obsess over presentation is pretty depressing.
