Some redraw notes:
- Her original skin and colour scheme are very desaturated and more greyscaled that it doesn't pop out. Really boring to look at
- She's a witch so I made her floaty to make her cloak more interesting. Especially with the colour scheme because just pasting images of real clouds really distract from the cartoon art style.
- I felt the shells weren't really needed, not with details in other places and take too much away from the face which is the key thing you try and draw the eye to.
- Freckles are not that dark, and making freckles in that much quantity that dark makes it look like a skin disease. She already looks sick but come on.
- Standing pose is boring vary it a little.

So I was recently watching an old show that used to air on Disney channel and realized Dr. Doofenshmirtz's counterpart in the movie has the absolute WORST design I have ever seen in my life. His character doesn't even RESEMBLE what the character is supposed to represent in the movie itself and the creator should be ashamed for thinking his design was exceptable. Needless to say, I thought a redesign would do this character good.

As you can see, the second adds a lot more to his character than the image above it. How could anyone think the first one was good? I hope Dan Povenmire sees this and is taking notes.
