I don’t know if I’d call it filler. Yeah, it’s rough when a show has a lot of filler between its story, but SU didn’t even have a full plot-only episode until the season finale. Up until then it was very monster-of-the-week with bits and pieces of lore sprinkled in. I get that some people are turned off by the non-Gem stuff, but I’ve always enjoyed the side stories and everything.

I do, too! I was just telling them since I know filler is one of those "don't mind it vs. REALLY hate it" sorta things, and also so that way they know it's not one of those shows where you absolutely cannot miss a single episode or otherwise you'll be lost.

I'm not actually triggered by the way that was a joke, I don't believe I've ever even been "triggered"... With that said, it's actually kind of a sad song with context :/...

You know, I'm not even the biggest fan of SU myself. I could literally count the number of full episodes of the show I've seen on all of my fingers and toes... (I have seen a lot of random bits though.)

So I'm assuming you're trolling if you're posting here and don't even know who one of the 4 main characters of the show is... regardless, thanks you ruined my shitty anti-SJW joke >.>

Gotta remember Poe's law, guys. Sarcasm and jokes aren't as obvious in a forum. Jokes and people being retarded are 100% indistinguishable from each other without some kind of clue. Especially in the farms...

I get what sugar is saying, but, in the end, Spinel really wasn't that different from any other villain.

  1. Villain seems unredeemable evil at first.
  2. Turns out they had a sad backstory
  3. "Evil" behavior usually caused directly or indirectly by Rose Quartz.
  4. Wants to kill Steven at first
  5. But they eventually talk it out.
Plus the fact that diamonds adopted her and all parted on good terms, seemed to imply she did change.

Really the only difference is that, unlike say Jasper, Spinel wanted to lash out against Steven, despite, knowing he isn't Rose Quartz.
